Angel of Vengeance

An Angel of Vengeance is the closest an angel can get to the dark side before she/he falls from grace. Almost all Angels of Vengeance (or Avengers as they are called) were once Angels of Judgement. Tasked with the necessary evil of punishing mortals who go against The One's (God) divine will, some find themselves tainted with doubt and their hands stained with too much blood for their liking. As this unease slowly grows, they slowly give in to more feral emotions of rage and hatred, emotions otherwise unfound amongst angels. Almost all Avengers are almost fanatical in their faith towards The One, because of their violent emotions, and in their desperate final struggle to cling to the good side. However the sad fact is that most Avengers eventually do turn to the dark side. But because of the sacrifices they have made as they slowly fall, The One cannot bring Itself (God = genderless) to slay the Avengers and avoid their fall.

Avengers are physically very strong because they tap into both their divine strength and feral strength (as this loli angel is demonstratin with her huge weapon). I made the angel loli (child-like) to represent that the 'innocent' can be malicious.
She also has a lot of blade-flails (those chains with sharp things at the end) to show how dedicated she is to violence (2 at her hands, 2 from her ponytails, 2 at her waist). In combat, she uses them to complement her cumbersome main weapon - as secondary weapons while she can get her sword back into attack position (so she'll be spinning and whirling a lot).
Her wings are beginning to lose their avian features and the tips r already starting to turn reddish-black to represent her falling state.
Oh, her shirt and skirt are flyin upwards to represent her downward dive (n bcos i wanted to put some 'service' in... ecchi). Avengers do not care much for armor too, preferring to trust the age-old saying, "offense is the best defense".
